House rules
- Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed anywhere inside the property. You're welcome to smoke in the garden, away from doors and windows.
- Smoking or vaping inside incurs a £200 deep-clean charge, taken from the security deposit, plus any further costs incurred, and may mean your stay ends immediately without a refund.
- Tampering with or covering a smoke alarm is a serious breach and will be charged.
- A £200 security deposit is held for your stay and refunded in full after check-out once the property has been checked. Extra cleaning, damage or call-out costs may be taken from it.
